The Online Photo Club welcomes photographers of all levels to submit their best work and participate in a vibrant, supportive community. In order to maintain a respectful and fair environment for all members, we have established clear participation guidelines. These rules are designed to ensure that submissions meet quality standards, align with monthly themes, and uphold our community values. We encourage creativity, originality, and respectful interaction at all times.
All submissions must follow our technical and content rules to be considered valid. Please make sure your image files meet the size and format requirements and avoid including watermarks or other text overlays. Monthly themes are shared in advance, and all photos submitted should relate to that month's chosen topic. Participants are expected to interact with fellow members respectfully, including when voting or discussing work in the chat room. Below is a summary of the key rules:
- Only original photos taken by the participant may be submitted.
- Accepted file formats: .jpg, .png, and .gif.
- Each file must be under 1MB in size.
- Photos may not include watermarks, text, or logos.
- Monthly themes must be followed to qualify for voting.

- Participants should engage respectfully in chat and comments.
